This rear rim is engineered for cyclists who demand speed, efficiency, and reliability, whether sprinting for the finish line or conquering long, challenging routes. Unlock new levels of performance with a rim that perfectly balances aerodynamic efficiency with lightweight responsiveness. The primary benefit of the Cosmic Pro Carbon UST TDF is its remarkable speed, derived from an advanced aerodynamic profile. Developed through extensive wind-tunnel testing, the NACA-inspired rim shape reduces drag, allowing you to slice through the air with less effort and maintain higher speeds for longer. This translates to a tangible advantage on flat roads and rolling hills, saving precious watts when it matters most.Enhancing this speed is MAVIC´s groundbreaking UST Tubeless technology. By creating a seamless interface between the rim and a UST tire, this system dramatically reduces rolling resistance compared to traditional tube-type setups. The result is a faster, smoother, and more supple ride quality. Furthermore, the ability to run lower tire pressures enhances comfort by absorbing road vibrations and significantly improves traction and control, especially when cornering. The UST system also offers superior protection against punctures, virtually eliminating the risk of pinch flats and allowing sealant to quickly seal most small cuts. This rim provides exceptional stiffness and power transfer, ensuring that every ounce of your effort is converted into forward motion. The robust carbon construction of the rear rim is optimized to handle the immense forces of acceleration and sprinting, providing a direct and responsive feel that inspires confidence. For riders using rim brakes, the proprietary laser-treated brake track delivers unparalleled stopping power and modulation. This advanced surface treatment ensures consistent, predictable braking performance in both wet and dry conditions, giving you the confidence to descend faster and brake later. As a special Tour de France edition, this rim features unique and subtle graphics that pay homage to the world´s greatest cycling race, adding a touch of professional prestige and exclusivity to your bike build. It's the perfect choice for upgrading or repairing your MAVIC Cosmic Pro Carbon UST TDF wheelset, ensuring you retain the original performance and aesthetic.Attributes: Rims, Road CyclingSpecifications:rims:- kit rear rim cosmic pro carbon ust tdf. tradeinn Bikeinn
