Wtb Htz I35 Tcs 2.0 Rim. Engineered to withstand the extreme forces of modern e-bikes, the WTB HTZ I35 rim is built for relentless durability. Its walls are 25-30% thicker than standard rims and reinforced with a central I-Beam support to handle any impact. The innovative TCS 2.0 tubeless system, featuring a unique Solid Strip, ensures a robust, easy-to-install, and dependable seal. Asymmetrical 4D spoke drilling creates a stronger, more stable wheel by optimizing tension. This 35mm inner width rim is the ultimate upgrade for any e-bike, from gravel grinders to downhill shredders. E-bikes add to the riding experience by simply providing more for less. More distance, more laps, more climbs and more descents. With all those mores also comes more weight continually bashing on the components of an e-bike. In order to overcome the increased forces induced by the technological progression of modern e-bikes, we designed our HTZ rims with more material in every area of the rim prole. Every wall of the rim is 25-30% thicker in comparison to those on our standard rims, which we then paired with our proven I-Beam center support to ensure no beating was too great for these rims. All HTZ rims are TCS 2.0 tubeless, feature asymmetrical spoke drilling, and are available in widths ranging from i23 to i35 in order to provide options for e-bikes ranging from e-assist gravel bikes to dual-crown downhill bikes that no longer need a truck to be shuttled.Features:- Capable of withstanding the forces of a modern e-bike.- 4D angled spoke drilling eliminates binding and lateral loading, and disperses tension more evenly over a greater area.- Symmetric outer profile provides equal dissipation of impact forces on both sides of the rim while asymmetric spoke hole drilling allows for more even spoke tension and increased wheel strength.- Disc-brake only.- TCS 2.0 Tubeless ready and comes with a preinstalled Solid Strip, which lies beneath the tubeless tape and prevents sagging at the spoke holes, creating a smooth interface between the rim and tire bead. This prevents air from escaping around the bead and therefore requires less air volume and pressure to mount a tire. Solid Strip also protects the airtight tubeless system from being punctured in the case of a broken spoke.TCS 2.0 creates a more robust, easily installed and dependable tubeless system. Specifications:- Usage: E-bikes- Wheel size: 29´´- Inner width: 35 mm- Weight: +- 678 g- Spoke holes/Offset: 32 holes/7 mm- ERD: 604- Tubeless tape width: 40 mmTechnology:TCS 2.0:- TCS 2.0 introduces a more robust, easily installed, and dependable tubeless system. A recessed channel along the center of TCS 2.0 rims allows installation of the all-new Solid Strip, which prevents tubeless tape from sagging at the spoke holes and results in a smooth, consistent interface between the tire and rim. Installation of the stout Solid Strip allows for more pliable, and easy to install, Flex Tape to provide the airtight seal needed for a tubeless system.I-Beam:- The I-Beam adds strength to the inner rim cavity. This distinctive support counteracts spoke loads and provides lateral rigidity.4D drilling:- The spoke holes are drilled at precise departure angle to align the spoke head and nipple with the hub flange, eliminating binding and lateral loading while also dispersing the load more evenly over a greater area. This prolongs the wheel's lifespan and increases stability. tradeinn Bikeinn
