Wtb Czr I30 Tcs 2.0 Disc Rim. Experience the pinnacle of strength and performance with the WTB CZR i30 carbon rim. Engineered to endure, it delivers the lateral stiffness to hold any line, combined with tuned compliance for a ride that´s precise but not punishing. Its asymmetrical design, reinforced spoke beds, and 4D angled drilling create one of the most dependable rims on the market. The integrated TCS 2.0 Solid Strip makes tubeless setup effortless and protects against pressure loss from broken spokes. Lighter, stiffer, and more impact-resistant than its rivals, the 30mm CZR i30 is the ultimate choice for trail and enduro. CZR i30 are premier mountain rims designed to endure whatever lies in their path. Lateral stiffness that only carbon can provide is combined with fine-tuned radial compliance to make sure CZR i30 holds the line through chunky tech without beating you up in the process. Reinforced spoke holes, Solid Strip integration, an asymmetrical design and development make CZR i30 the most dependable carbon rims on the market.CZR carbon rims provide unbeatable strength while also coming in lighter than the competition. Reinforced spoke beds, proven 4D angled spoke hole drilling and an asymmetrical design provide all the necessary ingredients for an incredibly durable carbon rim. Add in the Solid Strip integration of our TCS 2.0 system and you now have a system that is not only easier to set up tubeless, but also nearly impervious to losing pressure in the event of a broken spoke. We even did third-party testing against the competition, and found CZR i30 rims to be laterally stiffer and more impact resistant to those within the same weight category.Features:Asymmetrical Design:- Asymmetrically offset spoke holes help equalize the spoke tension of a wheel build, while the symmetrical outer profile distributes impact forces throughout the entire rim rather than absorbing them by one side more than the other. CZR i30 rims feature asymmetrical spoke offset of 5mm.Reinforced Spoke Beds:- Additional carbon at each spoke bed improves overall rim strength and durability while also minimizing weight in areas where less strength, and therefore material, is needed.4d Angled Spoke Holes:- Molding spoke holes at an angle eliminates binding and lateral loading of the spoke and nipple interface. It also allows spoke tension to be more evenly dispersed on the nipple rather than loading one side more than the other. Allowing the spoke to depart the rim at a natural angle increases the longterm durability of both the spoke and nipple.Tcs Solid Strip:- Durable nylon strip that lies between the rim and tubeless tape to prevent tubeless tape from pushing into the spoke holes and ensures a smooth interface between the tire and rim. The smooth surface makes it easier to mount a tire by preventing air from escaping around the bead at each indent during inflation. Solid Strip also protects the airtight system from puncture in the case of a broken spoke.30MM Inner Width:- Numbers tend to be a hard thing to agree upon in the world of mountain biking, but 30mm has become widely accepted as the perfect inner rim width for trail and enduro riding. Pairing this inner rim width with a 2.4-2.6´´ tire increases tire volume and sidewall support compared to traditionally narrower rims. The increased volume also allows riders to run lower tire pressures which translates to improved traction and comfort. Most modern mountain tires have beeb designed to provide the optimal profile on a 30mm rim.Specifications:- Wheel Size: 27.5´´- Inner Width: 30mm- Weight: 463g- Spoke Holes / Offset: 28-hole / 5mm- ERD: 554- Tubeless Tape Width: 35mm- Rim Size Designation: 30-584- Max Rider Weight: 300lbsTechnology:- TCS (Tubeless Compatible System) is our industry-leading tubeless rim/tire system designed to international ETRTO and ISO standards.- WTB carbon components are designed to provide a perfect blend of stiffness and compliance while also proving to be nearly indestructible.- Additional carbon at each spoke bed improves overall rim strength and durability while also minimizing weight in areas where less strength, and therefore material, is needed.- Spoke holes are drilled at an angle to match the natural spoke path between a rim and hub. Eliminates binding and lateral loading of the nipples to increase wheel durability.- Asymmetrically offset spoke holes create a stronger wheel by placing the holes more in line with the center of the hub and more evenly distributing spoke tension.- Sloped rim valley allows the bead of the tire to easily and smoothly move into place during installation and inflation.- Installed between the rim and tubeless tape to prevent tape from sagging at each spoke hole and make tire inflation easier while also preventing puncture from a broken spoke.- Internationally standardized to ensure rim and tire compatibility are as consistent and user-friendly as possible for both WTB's products and those of our competitors. tradeinn Bikeinn
