Dt Swiss Ar 1600 Spline 30 650b Cl Disc Tubeless Road Rear Wheel

Once you have experienced the speedy sensation of aero optimization, you´ll never get enough. The AR 1600 SPLINE 30 gives you that exact thrill, thanks to the same know-how that went into the development of our high-end carbon Aero wheels ridden by the pros. The aerodynamic advantage is further enhanced by the addition of aero spokes and hidden nipples. The 350 hub with its Ratchet System efficiently transmits the power of each pedal stroke to help you in the acceleration phase. AR 1600 SPLINE WTS: The AR 1600 SPLINE wheels are now available as an aero-optimized wheel tire system (WTS), mounted with the new AERO 111 tire in 26 mm width in the front and a Continental GP 5000 STR in 28 mm width in the rear.Features:System weight:- The system weight is composed of the weight of the rider and his equipment, plus the bike with luggage.Hooked / Crotchet tubeless TC:- Hooked or crotchet refers to the shape of the rim flange. In this variant, the rim flange has a so-called hook. This supports the fixation of the tire bead and ensures safe function, also in high pressure use cases (>5 bar tire pressure). Tubeless refers to the ability of the rim to be used without a tube, but a tube set up is also possible.Rim Diameter:- The 700c (622 mm / 29 inches) is the most common wheel size for road racing. The 650b (584 mm / 27.5 inches) wheel size is used in specific areas. Each wheel size offers unique advantages for different kinds of riding.Rim height:- In cycling, rim height significantly impacts the aerodynamics, agility and weight of the wheel. The general principle is the higher the profile of the rim, the greater the aerodynamic advantage, the lower the profile of the rim, the greater the response and better the handling when cornering and changing speed. Rim Inner Width:- DT Swiss offers MTB rims with inner rim widths of 20 - 76 mm. The right combination of tire width and rim width leads to ideal tire support. Better tire support reduces the risk of ´´burping´´ and therefore allows the tire pressure to be reduced. On the other hand, wider rims and wider tires also increase the weight of the wheels.Thru-axle:- Thru-axle refers to a wheel mounting system. RWS technology from DT Swiss allows quick, precise mounting simply by turning an easily adjustable lever. Thru-axle systems guarantee a rigid and secure connection between the wheel and the frame. Thru-axles must be compatible with the frame and fork because the built-in-width, diameter and thread of the axle vary and are defined by the frame and fork manufacturer.Center Lock:- Center Lock refers to a system for brake discs that was developed by Shimano. The brake disc is mounted on the hub by means of an external spline and screwing on a lock ring. The advantage of the Center Lock system is that the brake discs are centered and mounting requires only screwing down a single lock ring.Sleeve joint:- Sleeve joint refers to a method used in making rims. In this case, the two rim ends are pressed together via a molded aluminum part. This gives these rims a high degree of stability.SRAM XDR RD. (AXDR):- Aluminum freehub body for SRAM 12-speed road cassettes with XDR intake. Visit the brand website for more details about the compatibility of the freehub bodies.Straightpull:- Straightpull refers to spokes without the classic J-bend head. The lack of a bend in the head eliminates one of the spoke's weak points, making it very robust and stable.
