The MICHELIN WILD AM² has been designed for mixed to softer terrain where its more aggressive tread pattern ensures high levels of grip but with a reduced focus on rolling efficiency. Tall centre blocks are inspired by those found on the MICHELIN DH34 tyre and offer a maximum ground penetration during braking for good stability and transfer of braking forces in soft conditions. The shoulder blocks are again inspired by the MICHELIN DH22 but are modified to increase bite in soft conditions for increased grip stability and progressive handling in these difficult conditions. The rubber compounds and casings of these tyres were previously tested in top-level Enduro racing and have been designed to offer the optimal balance between grip rolling efficiency longevity weight and damage resistance. The dual-compound GUM-X Technology features a harder centre area for optimum rolling efficiency and tyre life combined with softer rubber on the shoulders for cornering grip. The Gravity Shield Technology casing uses a bead-to-bead high density fibre for increased resistance to impact damage sidewall cuts and punctures coupled with a 3x60 TPI casing for stiffness and stability while still maintaining good comfort levels. More Confidence The MICHELIN Wild AM² tread pattern combined with Gum-X technology delivers maximum grip when cornering and excellent braking performance. More Grip For extra grip on mixed and soft terrain while maintaining the efficiency level needed for All Mountain riding. More Robust More robustness thanks to the light and robust Gravity Shield casing this tyre is ideal for All Mountain riding. table.MICspec { border-collapse: separate; border-spacing: 4px; } td.MICheader { background-color: #F6EA00; padding: 10px; text-align: center; font-size: 10px; font-weight: 800; } td.MICsku { background-color:#D9D9D9; padding:10px; font-size:8.0pt; color:blue; font-weight: 800; text-align: center; text-decoration: underline; } td.MICspec { text-align: center; font-size: 10px; padding: 10px; background-color: #f3f3f3; } Specification SKU DISCIPLINE TERRAIN TYPE BEAD SEALING ETRTO SIZE FITTING TPI WEIGHT RUBBER TECH CASING TECH OTHER TECH MIN PRESSURE (BAR) MAX PRESSURE (BAR) RECOMMENDED INNER TUBE MIC-490514 ALL MOUNTAIN E-BIKE MIXED SOFT FOLDABLE TUBELESS READY 61-584 27.5" X 2.4" FRONT/REAR 3X60 980g GUM-X GRAVITY SHIELD E-BIKE READY 1.5 4 B4 MIC-201331 ALL MOUNTAIN E-BIKE MIXED SOFT FOLDABLE TUBELESS READY 66-584 27.5" X 2.6" FRONT/REAR 3X60 1070g GUM-X GRAVITY SHIELD E-BIKE READY 1.5 4 B6 MIC-873922 ALL MOUNTAIN E-BIKE MIXED SOFT FOLDABLE TUBELESS READY 61-622 29" X 2.4" FRONT/REAR 3X60 1040g GUM-X GRAVITY SHIELD E-BIKE READY 1.5 4 A4 MIC-869229 ALL MOUNTAIN E-BIKE MIXED SOFT FOLDABLE TUBELESS READY 66-622 29" X 2.6" FRONT/REAR 3X60 1130g GUM-X GRAVITY SHIELD E-BIKE READY 1.5 4 A6 Technical Information
