The MICHELIN FORCE AM² is designed as a fast-rolling tyre optimised for mixed terrain hard-pack or trail centre conditions. It has a directional tread pattern designed for excellent rolling efficiency but which also offers high grip levels under braking and in corners. The tread features elongated centre blocks for reduced rolling resistance and less ground penetration but with prominent block edges for braking grip and traction. The shoulder blocks are inspired by the MICHELIN DH22 tyre and these ensure grip and stability in corners along with progressive and predictable handling characteristics. In addition an optimized ratio between tread blocks and grooves helps maintain momentum on flowing trails. The rubber compounds and casings of these tyres were previously tested in top-level Enduro racing and have been designed to offer the optimal balance between grip rolling efficiency longevity weight and damage resistance. The dual-compound GUM-X Technology features a harder centre area for optimum rolling efficiency and tyre life combined with softer rubber on the shoulders for cornering grip. The Gravity Shield Technology casing uses a bead-to-bead high density fibre for increased resistance to impact damage sidewall cuts and punctures coupled with a 3x60 TPI casing for stiffness and stability while still maintaining good comfort levels. More Efficiency A specialised tyre for hard and mixed terrain which optimizes efficiency for All Mountain riding. More Grip Tread pattern design reduces rolling resistance during All Mountain riding. In combination with Gum-X technology it optimizes grip on hard terrain. More Robust More robustness thanks to the light and robust Gravity Shield casing this tyre is ideal for All Mountain riding. table.MICspec { border-collapse: separate; border-spacing: 4px; } td.MICheader { background-color: #F6EA00; padding: 10px; text-align: center; font-size: 10px; font-weight: 800; } td.MICsku { background-color:#D9D9D9; padding:10px; font-size:8.0pt; color:blue; font-weight: 800; text-align: center; text-decoration: underline; } td.MICspec { text-align: center; font-size: 10px; padding: 10px; background-color: #f3f3f3; } Specification SKU DISCIPLINE TERRAIN TYPE BEAD SEALING ETRTO SIZE FITTING TPI WEIGHT RUBBER TECH CASING TECH OTHER TECH MIN PRESSURE (BAR) MAX PRESSURE (BAR) RECOMMENDED INNER TUBE MIC-640883 ALL MOUNTAIN E-BIKE HARD/DRY MIXED FOLDABLE TUBELESS READY 61-584 27.5" X 2.40" FRONT/REAR 3X60 980g GUM-X GRAVITY SHIELD E-BIKE READY 1.5 4 B4 MIC-225281 ALL MOUNTAIN E-BIKE HARD/DRY MIXED FOLDABLE TUBELESS READY 66-584 27.5" X 2.60" FRONT/REAR 3X60 1070g GUM-X GRAVITY SHIELD E-BIKE READY 1.5 4 B6 MIC-444613 ALL MOUNTAIN E-BIKE HARD/DRY MIXED FOLDABLE TUBELESS READY 61-622 29" X 2.40" FRONT/REAR 3X60 1040g GUM-X GRAVITY SHIELD E-BIKE READY 1.5 4 A4 MIC-900560 ALL MOUNTAIN E-BIKE HARD/DRY MIXED FOLDABLE TUBELESS READY 66-622 29" X 2.60" FRONT/REAR 3X60 1130g GUM-X GRAVITY SHIELD E-BIKE READY 1.5 4 A6 Technical Information
