The wide, paddle-like center knobs are designed to dig deep into the terrain under hard braking, providing the stopping power you need to confidently charge into technical sections. The DHR II features the same massive, well-supported side knobs found on the Minion DHF, a design proven to hold a line through the most demanding high-speed turns. This allows you to lean the bike over with absolute certainty, knowing the tyre will bite in and keep you on track. Whether you´re navigating loamy berms or off-camber roots, the transition from the center tread to the cornering knobs is smooth and intuitive, inspiring you to push your limits. This 29´´ tyre is packed with MAXXIS´s leading technology. The Tubeless Ready (TR) construction allows you to run lower air pressures for a massive boost in traction and a smoother ride, all while significantly reducing the risk of pinch flats. The EXO Protection integrated into the sidewalls provides a crucial layer of defense against cuts and abrasions from rocks and trail debris, offering peace of mind without a significant weight penalty. The Folding bead not only saves weight but also makes for easier installation.Designed as the perfect rear companion to a front Minion DHF or Assegai, the Minion DHR II in its versatile 2.3 width also excels as a front tyre for riders seeking ultimate braking grip.
