A hard ride climbing Mount Teide from Puerto de la Cruz all the way to the Observatory for a stop and then descend down to our base following the same route. Mount Teide is the highest in Spain and this is another Mount Teide Challenge and you will get to ride to the peak and back on the same road. Expect tired legs towards the top as the climb is constant from the word 'go'. You will climbing 2351 metres in 40 kilometres. Be prepared as the air will be thinner at the top and it will be much colder from your base.
