Madrono climb
Costa Del Sol, Spain Road
This segment starts on the outskirts of San Pedro de Alcantara and follow sings to Ronda. The A-397 is a busy road so make sure you start your ride early. A climb of approx 20kms will take us to the famous port “El Madrono” which is 1065m above sea level. The climb is steady but hard with an average 5% gradient. During the climb, you'll have some beautiful views of the coast.
