Sigma Archive Sale Deals, Including a £190 Kask Helmet for £35

Sigma Sports may be advertising its Archive Sale with savings of up to 60%, but some individual reductions are even bigger. The standout deal is the Kask Rex MTB Helmet for just £35, reduced from its original £190 recommended retail price.

That represents a remarkable £155 saving, or approximately 82% off. If your size and preferred colour are still available, this is one of the strongest premium helmet reductions we have seen for some time.

Archive Sale prices, sizes and colours can change quickly. Check the product page for the latest availability before ordering.

Why Is the £35 Kask Rex Such a Strong Deal?

The Kask Rex MTB Helmet is designed for cross-country riding, trail adventures and enduro. It combines extended head coverage with a lightweight In-Mould construction and Kask’s MIT technology, helping provide protection without making the helmet unnecessarily bulky.

There are 20 ventilation openings, removable and washable Coolmax padding, an adjustable visor and Kask’s Octo Fit adjustment system. It also features a rear goggle-retention clip and an integrated camera mount. At a claimed 310 grams in a medium, it remains reasonably light for a well-equipped mountain bike helmet.

At £35, it could suit mountain bikers looking to replace an older helmet, road and gravel riders wanting additional coverage for off-road adventures, or anyone searching for a premium-branded helmet at an entry-level price.

More Sigma Archive Cycling Clothing Deals

The Archive Sale also contains some impressive reductions on cycling clothing. The Craft Cool Mesh Superlight Short Sleeve Base Layer starts at just £9.99, compared with an original price of £34.

This lightweight mesh base layer is designed for warm-weather riding. It sits beneath a jersey to help move moisture away from the skin, improve ventilation and keep the rider more comfortable when the temperature or intensity rises. Availability is likely to be limited to selected sizes and colours at the lowest price.

Another notable offer is the Castelli DO.DI.CI. Short Sleeve Cycling Jacket, starting at £104 instead of £220.

The DO.DI.CI. bridges the gap between a close-fitting jersey and a protective cycling jacket. Its breathable Ristretto fabric is intended to reduce wind chill while allowing moisture and excess heat to escape, making it an interesting choice for fast rides in cool or changeable British weather.

Cube Agree Road Bike Savings

There are several road bikes included in the sale, including two 2026 Cube Agree models. The Cube Agree C:62 SLT Road Bike 2026 is £4,499 rather than £4,999, saving £500.

This flagship Agree model combines an aerodynamic C:62 carbon frame with Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 electronic shifting, hydraulic disc brakes and a power-meter-equipped crankset. It is aimed at riders who want race-bike speed while retaining enough comfort and practicality for long days in the saddle.

The more accessible Cube Agree C:62 One Road Bike 2026 has dropped to £2,599 from £2,899. It features a C:62 carbon frame, Shimano 105 Di2 electronic gearing, hydraulic disc brakes and 30mm Continental tyres.

Trek Domane SL 5 Gen 4 Deal

Endurance riders can also consider the Trek Domane SL 5 Gen 4 Road Bike, currently listed by Sigma Sports at £2,499 instead of £3,000.

Its carbon frame, rear IsoSpeed system, stable endurance geometry and clearance for wider tyres make it well suited to long-distance road riding and less-than-perfect British lanes. Shimano 105 mechanical gearing and hydraulic disc brakes provide dependable performance without pushing the price into premium electronic-groupset territory.

Are Archive Sale Deals Worth Buying?

Archive sales usually include previous-season colours, discontinued ranges and the final remaining sizes. That can produce far greater savings than a standard site-wide promotion, but availability may be restricted.

The Kask Rex at £35 is the clear headline bargain here. However, the Craft base layer, Castelli jacket and discounted carbon road bikes also make the Sigma Archive Sale worth exploring. If you find the right size at the advertised price, it may be wise not to leave it sitting in your basket for too long.
