Engineered for the discerning road cyclist who demands a perfect balance of lightweight agility, robust durability, and cutting-edge technology, this rim embodies the legendary performance of the Ksyrium family, specifically optimized for modern disc brake road bikes.Experience the Superiority of UST TubelessAt the heart of the Ksyrium Elite Disc rim is MAVIC´s revolutionary UST (Universal System Tubeless) technology. This integrated system provides the simplest and most reliable tubeless experience on the market. By running tubeless, you unlock a world of benefits: significantly lower rolling resistance for greater speed and efficiency, the ability to run lower tyre pressures for a smoother, more comfortable ride with enhanced grip, and a drastic reduction in the risk of punctures. The unique rim profile ensures a secure and airtight seal, making tyre installation and inflation remarkably straightforward.Lightweight Performance for Effortless ClimbingFeel the difference on every climb and during every acceleration thanks to MAVIC´s exclusive ISM 4D (Inter Spoke Milling 4D) technology. This advanced manufacturing process strategically removes excess material from the rim where it´s not needed, drastically reducing weight and inertia without compromising strength or durability. The result is a rim that feels incredibly responsive and dynamic, translating your power into instant forward motion and making ascents feel less demanding.Unmatched Strength and StiffnessBuilt to withstand the rigors of high-mileage road riding and the specific forces of disc brakes, this rim features MAVIC´s Fore drilling technology. By threading the spoke nipples directly into a reinforced inner rim bridge, the outer rim bed remains solid and un-drilled. This creates a significantly stiffer and stronger structure, improving power transfer and handling precision. A major practical benefit of this design is that it eliminates the need for rim tape for tubeless setup, saving weight and removing a common point of failure. Combined with the SUP (Soudé Usiné Process) welded joint, the rim offers superior strength and perfect balance for a smooth, reliable ride. This genuine MAVIC replacement rim ensures you can restore your Ksyrium Elite Disc UST wheel to its original factory performance, ready for countless more miles of fast, reliable, and enjoyable road cycling.Wheels and tyres - Rims and spokes.MAVIC Ksyrium Elite Disc UST 20 Rear Rim.Specifications:rims:- kit rear rim ksyrium elite disc ust 20.- ETRTO size: 622x19TC Road- Internal width: 19 mm- Profile height: 22 mm- Valve hole diameter: 6.5 mm- Recommended tyre sizes: 25 to 32 mm- Brake type: Disc Brake Only- Technology: UST Tubeless, ISM 4D, Fore Drilling, SUP Welding. tradeinn Bikeinn
