MAXXIS Wetscream 3CG/DH/TR 29´´ x 2.50 Tubeless MTB TyreDominate the most treacherous and saturated racecourses with the MAXXIS Wetscream 3CG/DH/TR 29´´ x 2.50 MTB tyre. This is not your everyday trail tyre, it is a highly specialized mud-spike engineered for one purpose: to win in the worst possible conditions. Specifically designed for the muddiest downhill racecourses in the world, like the infamous Les Gets in France, the Wetscream is a pure competition tool. When the course turns ugly and other tyres fail, trust the Wetscream to carry you to victory. Its performance is laser-focused, making it intended for competition use only on professionally maintained courses where maximum grip in deep mud is the only priority.Experience unparalleled control when it matters most. The Wetscream´s core benefit lies in its extraordinary ability to penetrate deep into soft, muddy terrain. Its aggressive, widely spaced, and sharp square tread block design acts like claws, digging into the ground to provide predictable and tenacious traction where others would slip and slide. This tyre excels at shedding mud quickly, an essential feature for maintaining performance run after run. The open tread pattern actively prevents mud from packing, ensuring the sharp edges of the knobs are always exposed and ready to bite into the next corner. This means you get consistent, reliable grip from the start gate to the finish line, without the performance degradation that comes from a clogged tyre.Built for the brutal reality of downhill MTB Cycling, the Wetscream features a robust, two-ply DH casing. This reinforced construction is designed to withstand the high-speed impacts, sharp rocks, and relentless abuse of elite-level racing. With butyl-protected sidewalls, it offers an exceptional level of pinch flat and cut resistance, giving you the confidence to charge hard lines without hesitation. The tyre´s Folding bead not only reduces weight but also ensures a secure seal, which is critical for its Tubeless Ready (TR) design. Going tubeless allows you to run lower tyre pressures, dramatically increasing the contact patch for even more grip and control, all while significantly reducing the risk of flats.Features:* A true mud-spike for DH racing in the worst conditions.* Robust 2-Ply DH casings with butyl-protected sidewalls for maximum durability.* Actively sheds mud quickly to maintain consistent performance.* Features a widely spaced, sharp square tread block design for deep ground penetration.Technical Specifications:* Size: 29´´ x 2.50* ETRTO: 55-622* TPI (Threads Per Inch): 60* Bead: Folding* Weight (Grams): 1.172* Compound: 3C MaxxGrip (3CG)* Max PSI: 40* Technology: 3CG/TR/DH (3C MaxxGrip / Tubeless Ready / Downhill Casing)* Discipline: MTB Cycling / Downhill. tradeinn Bikeinn
