MET Vinci MIPS Road Helmet: Pro-Level Performance and Advanced SafetyDiscover the perfect fusion of high-performance design, exceptional comfort, and state-of-the-art safety with the MET Vinci MIPS road helmet. Inspired by our award-winning professional cycling helmets, the Vinci delivers a remarkably safe, comfortable, and well-ventilated experience for every ambitious rider. Whether you are conquering mountain passes on a road bike or exploring rugged trails on a gravel adventure, this adult helmet is engineered to exceed your expectations. The Vinci MIPS is designed to offer a significant performance advantage. Its sleek, modern profile is a testament to our commitment to aerodynamics and aesthetics, ensuring you look and feel fast. But its true strength lies in the advanced safety and comfort technologies packed within its streamlined form.Key Benefits:* Advanced Rotational Impact Protection: At the core of the Vinci's safety is the MIPS-C2® Brain Protection System. This low-friction layer, situated between the comfort padding and the main structure, allows for a sliding motion of 10-15mm in all directions during certain angled impacts. This movement is engineered to help redirect harmful rotational forces away from the head, providing an additional measure of safety beyond standard helmet constructions.* Superior All-Day Comfort and a Custom Fit: Long hours in the saddle demand a helmet that feels like it's barely there. The MET Safe-T DUO Fit System provides a 360° head belt, eliminating pressure points and offering micro-adjustments for a perfectly dialed-in fit. The system also features four steps of vertical adjustment and is ponytail compatible, ensuring a secure and comfortable feel for a wide variety of head shapes and hairstyles.* Exceptional Cooling and Ventilation: Stay cool, comfortable, and focused, even on the hottest days and most demanding climbs. The Vinci features 16 strategically placed vents and a sophisticated system of internal air channels. This design works in synergy to pull cool air in through the front and push hot, stale air out through the rear exhaust ports, creating a constant flow of air over your head for maximum cooling efficiency.* Practical, Rider-Focused Features: The MET Vinci is built with the cyclist in mind. It includes two dedicated ports for securely docking your sunglasses when not in use, keeping them safe and accessible. For enhanced visibility in low-light conditions, reflective rear decals are integrated into the design, helping you stay seen by others on the road. The MET Vinci MIPS helmet is the ultimate choice for the discerning rider seeking the benefits of a top-tier helmet without compromise. It strikes an impeccable balance between aggressive performance for Road Cycling and the robust comfort needed for Gravel Cycling, making it a truly versatile Mips helmet for the modern adult cyclist.Technical Specifications:* Type: Road Helmet* Discipline: Road Cycling, Gravel cycling* Age Group: Adult* Safety System: MIPS-C2® Brain Protection System* Ventilation: 16 Vents with Internal Air Channeling* Features: Sunglasses Ports, Reflective Rear Decals* Weight (Size M): 265g* Sizes: S (52-56 cm), M (56-58 cm), L (58-61 cm)* Certifications: CE, AS/NZS, US. tradeinn Bikeinn
