Dt Swiss E 550 700c 30 Db Vi Disc Tubeless Road Bike Rim. Experience robust performance with the DT Swiss E 550 rim. Built for the demands of modern road and all-road cycling, this durable aluminum rim boasts a high 130kg system weight limit. Its 30mm profile offers a sweet spot of aerodynamics and agile handling, while the 22mm internal width provides excellent support for wider tires. The hooked, tubeless-ready design ensures a secure fit, and the strong sleeve joint construction guarantees stability. Perfect for building a reliable, high-performance disc brake wheelset. Features:System weight:- The system weight is composed of the weight of the rider and his equipment, plus the bike with luggage.Sleeve joint:- Sleeve joint refers to a method used in making rims. In this case, the two rim ends are pressed together via a molded aluminum part. This gives these rims a high degree of stability.Brake Interface:- The advantage of the Center Lock system is that the disc brake attachment is made with one single lock ring, which facilitates assembly. On the other hand, an advantage of the IS-System (6 Bolt) is that in the event of a necessary repair on the trail, no special tool is needed for disassembly. Hooked / Crotchet tubeless TC:- Hooked or crotchet refers to the shape of the rim flange. In this variant, the rim flange has a so-called hook. This supports the fixation of the tire bead and ensures safe function, also in high pressure use cases (>5 bar tire pressure). Tubeless refers to the ability of the rim to be used without a tube, but a tube set up is also possible.Rim Diameter:- The 700c (622 mm / 29 inches) is the most common wheel size for road racing. The 650b (584 mm / 27.5 inches) wheel size is used in specific areas. Each wheel size offers unique advantages for different kinds of riding.Rim height:- In cycling, rim height significantly impacts the aerodynamics, agility and weight of the wheel. The general principle is the higher the profile of the rim, the greater the aerodynamic advantage, the lower the profile of the rim, the greater the response and better the handling when cornering and changing speed. Rim Inner Width:- DT Swiss offers MTB rims with inner rim widths of 20 - 76 mm. The right combination of tire width and rim width leads to ideal tire support. Better tire support reduces the risk of ´´burping´´ and therefore allows the tire pressure to be reduced. On the other hand, wider rims and wider tires also increase the weight of the wheels.Pro Lock:- Pro Lock is a thread lock function which prevents the spoke-nipple connection from loosening, allowing for extremely durable wheel builds. Specifications:- Net weight: 580 g - Recommended System weight max.: 130 kg - ASTM classification: 2- Material: Aluminum- Rim joint: Sleeve joint - Tire interface: Hooked / Crotchet tubeless TC- Rim Diameter: 29´´ / 700C - Reference diameter ERD: 585 mm - Rim Height: 30 mm- Inner Width: 22 mm- Outer width: 26 mm- Brake Interface: Disc- Number of holes: 24- Spoke bore rim: Non eyelet PHR- Valve hole: PrestaInclusive- Inclusive DT Pro Lock Squorx alu black- Washer PHR. tradeinn Bikeinn
