This meticulous balance means you no longer have to choose between a climbing wheel and an aero wheel. Weighing in at an astonishingly light 1330 grams for the pair, these wheels deliver explosive acceleration and make ascending feel effortless, turning every climb into an opportunity to gain an advantage. The artisan, hand-built construction ensures maximum stiffness and power transfer, meaning every ounce of your effort is translated directly into forward motion. Advanced Features for the Winning EdgeThe VISION Metron 40 SL is packed with cutting-edge technology designed for victory. The foundation is a pair of 28´´ - 700c full carbon tubular rims, which provide the perfect surface for a responsive and supple ride quality that only tubular tyres can offer. At the heart of the wheelset are Vision´s proprietary P.R.A. (Preload Reduction Assembly) hubs, which spin on 6 sealed cartridge bearings (2 in the front, 4 in the rear) for incredibly low friction and outstanding durability. These hubs are laced with direct pull aero bladed spokes that further enhance the wheelset´s aerodynamic profile while ensuring robust, long-lasting performance. Each wheel is entirely handmade to artisanal standards, guaranteeing the highest levels of precision, tension, and reliability ride after ride.Technical Specifications:* Wheel Type: Front and rear Tubular wheelset for Road Cycling* Rim Material: Carbon* Rim Profile: High profile, 40 mm depth* Build: 100% handmade* Freehub Compatibility: Shimano 10-11 speed compatible freehub body* Weight: 1330g per pair (without quick releases)What´s Included:This premium wheelset is delivered ready for action and includes a comprehensive accessory package:* Vision QR-93 wheel clamps (quick releases)* Specially formulated carbon-specific brake pads* Valve extenders* A protective Vision carrying case for easy transport and storage. tradeinn Bikeinn
