VITTORIA Torrente XC Race Tubeless 29´´ x 2.25 MTB TyreDominate the most challenging cross-country courses with the VITTORIA Torrente XC Race Tubeless 29´´ x 2.25 MTB Tyre. Engineered specifically for wet, muddy, and unpredictable conditions, the Torrente is your ultimate weapon when the trail turns against you. This tyre transforms treacherous terrain into a high-traction playground, allowing you to maintain speed and control where others falter. Designed for the competitive world of MTB Cycling, it provides the confidence needed to push your limits, ensuring every watt of power translates into forward momentum, no matter how slick the surface.Unrivaled Performance in Wet ConditionsThe primary benefit of the VITTORIA Torrente is its exceptional ability to perform in the wet. When rain turns hardpack into slick mud and exposes slippery roots and rocks, this tyre comes alive. Its design focuses on providing unwavering grip and predictable handling, allowing you to carve corners and attack climbs with confidence. Forget about packing up with mud, the Torrente is built to shed debris efficiently, maintaining a clean and effective contact patch with the ground at all times. This means more consistent performance from the start of the race to the finish line.Key Features for Maximum ControlThe Torrente´s mastery over difficult terrain is achieved through a series of advanced design features. The aggressive, widely-spaced tread pattern is the first line of defence, with tall knobs that dig deep into soft and loose ground for incredible braking and climbing traction. This open design also facilitates rapid mud-clearing, preventing the tyre from becoming heavy and losing its grip.Furthermore, the tyre incorporates a progressive sipe-width technology. These carefully engineered small channels within the tread knobs provide enhanced flexibility, allowing the tyre to conform to irregular surfaces like wet roots and rocks. This creates a tactile, supple feel and delivers superior grip on the most technical sections of any XC course. The robust yet lightweight XC Race casing provides a supple ride quality, improving trail feedback and reducing rider fatigue, all while being durable enough for aggressive racing.Tubeless Ready for a Competitive EdgeAs a modern, high-performance tyre, the VITTORIA Torrente is fully Tubeless Ready (TLR). Running a tubeless setup allows you to use lower tyre pressures, which dramatically increases the contact patch for even more traction and control. It also significantly reduces the risk of pinch flats, giving you the peace of mind to charge through rock gardens and rough sections without hesitation. The folding bead ensures a secure and reliable seal on tubeless-compatible rims, making setup straightforward while also contributing to the tyre´s overall low weight. This 29´´ tyre is the perfect choice for racers and serious trail riders seeking a competitive advantage in adverse weather.Technical Specifications:* Brand: VITTORIA* Model: Torrente XC Race* Intended Use: MTB Cycling, Cross-Country (XC)* Recommended Conditions: Wet, Mud, Loose Terrain* Wheel Size: 29´´* Tyre Width: 2.25* ETRTO: 57 - 622* Bead Type: Folding* Technology: Tubeless Ready (TLR)* Casing: XC Race. tradeinn Bikeinn
