Dt Swiss Exc 330 27.5´´ Carbon Disc Tubeless Mtb Rim. Conquer any trail with the DT Swiss EXC 330 27.5" Carbon Tubeless Rim. Engineered with a revolutionary carbon layup and rigorous quality control, this rim offers unparalleled durability and performance. Its hookless design enhances impact resistance, while the 30mm inner width provides exceptional tire support for reduced burping and confidence-inspiring rides. Built for riders who push boundaries, the EXC 330 is your ultimate weapon for aggressive trail riding and enduro racing, ensuring you stay in control and break limits. The EXC 330 is your steadfast ally, backing your boldest line choices, even if they deviate from the plan. Our new process enables maximum carbon-layer compression, pushing durability to unprecedented heights. A patent-pending technique ensures meticulous layer-by-layer quality control, delivering minimized imperfections right out of the mold. Brace yourself to surge through the stages and break limits.Features:System weight:- The system weight is composed of the weight of the rider and his equipment, plus the bike with luggage.Hookless tubeless TSS:- Hookless Tubeless, or Tubeless Straight Side (standard abbreviation TSS) describes the design of the rims. Tubeless-capable rims can be driven without an inner tube, but a tube set up is also possible. Hookless or Straight Side describes the shape of the rim flange, which in this case is constructed straight, without the classic hook. This design creates benefits regarding increased impact stability of carbon rim flanges and is feasible up to 5 bars tire pressure.Rim height:- In cycling, rim height significantly impacts the aerodynamics, agility and weight of the wheel. The general principle is the higher the profile of the rim, the greater the aerodynamic advantage, the lower the profile of the rim, the greater the response and better the handling when cornering and changing speed. Rim Inner Width:- DT Swiss offers MTB rims with inner rim widths of 20 - 76 mm. The right combination of tire width and rim width leads to ideal tire support. Better tire support reduces the risk of ´´burping´´ and therefore allows the tire pressure to be reduced. On the other hand, wider rims and wider tires also increase the weight of the wheels.Pro Lock:- Pro Lock is a thread lock function which prevents the spoke-nipple connection from loosening, allowing for extremely durable wheel builds. Quality control:- 100% ready-to-go rim, through a quality control technique scanning each rim down to the layer.Rim construction:- Maximum layer compression through a cutting-edge carbon construction technique for our most resistant MTB rims yet.Rims:- The rim shape is asymmetrical, to equalize the spoke tension when building, for a stronger and more durable wheel.Specifications:General:- Net weight: 491 g- Recommended System weight max.: 130 kg- ASTM classification: 5- Approved for e-bikes: Yes (max. 32Km/h or max. 250W)Material & Brake Interface:- Material: Carbon- Tire interface: Hookless tubeless TSS- Brake Interface: DiscDimensions:- Rim Diameter: 27.5´´ / 650B- Reference diameter ERD: 561 mm- Inner Width: 30 mm- Outer width: 37.2 mm- Rim Height: 22 mmHoles:- Number of holes: 28- Spoke bore rim: Non eyelet- Valve hole: PrestaInclusive:- Decalset Black Gold Red- DT Pro Lock flat hex alu black- Tubeless tape 32 mm- TL valve alu black 18-25 mmTechnology:Pure carbon technology: - An industry disrupting rim manufacturing process and a layer-by-layer nondestructive inspection of every product creates light yet durable rims for a long-lasting riding experience. tradeinn Bikeinn
