The robust 30mm Maxtal alloy rims feature innovative Pinch Flat Protection, reducing punctures by 20%. Advanced Infinity hubs and the Instant Drive 360 freewheel ensure instant power transfer and proven reliability. Fully UST Tubeless ready for superior traction and control on the most demanding trails, supporting a total weight of up to 180kg. All the Mavic expertise gathered on this E-Bike specific MTB wheelset strong, reliable and durable, with a brand new 30mm rim profile that eases tyre installation and protects against pinch flat (PFP technology).Features:Maxtal aluminum alloy:- Light and strong. Exclusive to Mavic, this specific aluminum alloy offers a higher strength to weight ratio than conventional 6106 alloy.Pinch Flat Protection sidewall (minimizes the risk of tire cuts and punctures):- 20% less risk of puncture with PFP. An e-bike specific innovation to significantly reduce the risk of tire cuts and punctures.Infinity hub design:- Efficient power transfer thanks to optimised non-contact spoke lacing (no noise under load) and tension distribution. The length of the spokes at the front and rear is identical. Maintenance is easy thanks to a tool-free solution.SUP welding technology:- Soda Using Process, stronger and smoother joint. After bending, the rim joint is arc welded. The welded seam is then milled for a smooth finish.QRM Auto bearing preload technology:- Those cartridge bearings are of course double sealed with C3 internal clearance. Their preload is automatically adjusted to guarantee a perfect spin with no play on the long run.Instant Drive 360 freewheel technology:- The new Instant Drive 360 freewheel system is super light and efficient. A large contactless rubber seal provides low friction, while a wide array of end caps makes it super versatile.UST tubeless technology:- Traction and control. Universal Standard for Tubeless. Ready to ride tubeless system. The UST concept improves traction, control and comfort whilst reducing inertia and flats.Strong and durable:- Welded rim with Pinch Flat Protection (PFP) for less risk of flat Super strong rim profile New Infinity hub design specifically made for the rigor of E-MTB riding.Made to handle the extra power and torque of E-Bike motor: - 28 bladed reinforced spokes Proven reliability of ID360 double ratchet freewheel system Maximum load supported byt the wheel 180kg Steel freewheel body for improved resistance.Improved tubeless compatibility: - Wider rim central channel to ease installation of reinforced tyres Tubeless rim profile with tubeless tape makes it easy to ride tubeless tires for more traction and less risk of flat.Specifications:Rims:- Material: Maxtal- Tire: Tubetype or UST Tubeless Ready with Mavic Tubeless Tape- Braking: Disc- Joint: SUP welding technology- Height: 22 mm- Internal width: 30 mm- Profile: Asymmetrical- Drilling: Traditional (front/rear 28 holes)- ETRTO size: 622/584x30TC- Weight Pair: 2210 gramsSpokes:- Material: Steel- Nipples: Steel, ABS- Lacing: Crossed 3 (front and rear) - Shape: Straight, flat, antirot (front and rear)Hubs:- Freewheel technology: Instant Drive 360- Bearing technology: QRM automatic setting sealed cartridge- Axle size: Front 15x110 / Rear 12x148- Axle material: Aluminum- Body material: Aluminium- Freewheel: Shimano MS / Sram XD MTB- Body design: Infinity- Disc standard: 6 BoltsIntended use:- ASTM category 5: Gravity riding focused on the descent- Minimum tyre size: Width 52mm pressure max. 2.95Bar/43PSI- Maximum tyre size: Width 76mm pressure max. 2.45Bar/36PSI- Maximum weight supported by the wheels: Must not exceed 180 Kg (bike weight included)Compatibility:- Freewheel body: Convertible Shimano HG MTB steel- Front axle adapters: 15x110 Convertible to 9x110- Front axle adapters: Convertible to 15x31mm with Torque Cap - Freewheel body: Convertible Shimano HG MTB aluminium- Rear axle adapters: 12x148 Convertible to 9x141 In the box:- User guide- Rim tape mounted on wheel- Multifunction adjustment wrench with the rear wheel- 2 replacement spokes with each wheel. tradeinn Bikeinn
