Shimano Ultegra R8000 Brake

Providing responsive and direct stopping power on demand, the Shimano Ultegra R8000 Rear Brake Caliper is a reliable, strong, and lightweight choice for the rider looking for performance rim braking on their high specced ride. Boasting a redesigned pattern that assures a more predictable, linear braking curve, this rear caliper applies pressure evenly and in a measured manner, assuring you of a top quality braking action as well as a formidable stopping force. An SLR EV Dual Pivot construction assuring of equally distributed force, this rear caliper is a fantastic choice for the rider wanting to shave seconds in the corners, and commit late. A sleekly designed caliper section seeing a narrower gap between the arms of this model, the overall design actually allows for clearance up to 28c, giving leeway for the current trends in road cycling. Easily adjusted out on the road with purpose made adjusters sitting on the calliper, you needn't worry about rubbing shoes and squiffy squeezes. A clear contact feeling at an 180-gram net weight, this really is an impressively strong and rigid option for slowing that tail before the turn.
