Designed for peak performance on mixed terrain, the Goodyear For Zipp Vector R XPLR Tyre offers advanced grip, speed, and control in a lightweight 40mm casing. It pairs seamlessly with Zipp s 303 XPLR wheels for a fully optimised aerodynamic and tubeless-ready system. With precise handling, high puncture resistance, and reduced rolling resistance, it s built to handle rough roads while maintaining speed and comfort.Key Features and Benefits:Optimised for Zipp s 303 XPLR wheel system: The 40mm tyre is matched to Zipp s 32mm tubeless hookless rim for improved airflow, reduced drag, and maximum aerodynamic efficiency. This leads to smoother, faster riding across mixed surfaces.Dynamic:UHP compound construction: The high-performance rubber blend lowers rolling resistance while improving grip and wear. This delivers more speed with less energy loss, especially on variable terrain.120 TPI supple casing: A high-thread-count casing enhances ride feel and flexibility without compromising strength. The result is better traction and a more responsive ride over uneven surfaces.R:Shield puncture protection layer: A lightweight breaker belt adds resistance against punctures from road debris. This lowers the chance of flat tyres and increases overall ride reliability.M:Wall sidewall reinforcement: A protective layer strengthens the sidewall to improve durability and control. It helps the tyre maintain stability during cornering and in rough conditions.Tubeless-ready folding design: Allows secure, airtight tubeless setup with reduced weight. This enhances rolling speed, improves ride comfort, and decreases the risk of pinch flats.Built for riders who value speed and control on unpredictable roads, the Vector XPLR helps maintain momentum without sacrificing protection or grip. Its advanced compound and precision fit make it ideal for cyclists using the Zipp 303 XPLR system who want reliable performance across demanding conditions. Each component from casing to tread works to balance aerodynamics with comfort and control.Experience the advantage of a tyre engineered to match your wheel system. With the Vector XPLR, you're equipped to ride faster, longer, and more confidently across rough tarmac and broken surfaces alike.Specifications:Tyre size 700x40Tyre type Tubeless ReadyETRTO Dimensions 622x40Tre Compound Dynamic: UHPBead Type FoldingThreads Per Inch (TPI) 120Weight (tyres) 430gMaximum Inflation 51psi/3.5barTyre Optimised for 303 XPLR
