Shimano RC703W Women's Road Cycling Shoes Whether you get your thrills from navigating a surging peloton or the endorphin rush of a challenging training session, the Shimano RC703W Women's Road Cycling Shoes ensure no watts wasted in pursuit of performance. RC703W's dual BOA® L6 Z dial system provides micro-adjustable precision, with compact dials that work in harmony with Shimano's sleek crossover lacing pattern to elegantly secure the forefoot without pressure points. The breathable synthetic leather upper enhances both ventilation and overall fit quality, maintaining comfort when the heat is on and the pace is up. Women-specific Last What truly sets these shoes apart is the women-specific last, a carefully engineered foot shape that accommodates the typically narrower heel, higher instep, and different toe box proportions found in female feet. The foot-wrapping upper structure creates a glove-like fit that eliminates dead space and hot spots, ensuring every pedal stroke feels natural and efficient rather than fighting against poorly fitting footwear. Hollow carbon midsole At the heart of the RC703W lies Shimano's high-stiffness hollow carbon midsole, which delivers professional-level power transfer while intelligently managing heat and moisture. The hollow construction efficiently vents air and drains water, keeping your feet comfortable during intense summer training sessions or unexpected weather changes. Rated 10/12 on Shimano's stiffness rating, sprint efforts and climbing attacks translate directly into speed without energy loss through flex or movement. Combined with Shimano's DYNALAST technology, which optimises the foot's natural pedalling motion for smoother, more efficient power delivery, these shoes transform every watt into forward momentum. The integrated seamless midsole and upper construction provide rock-solid stability, keeping your foot perfectly positioned over the pedals. Pedal Compatibility These cycling shoes are compatible with road pedal systems utilising the 3-bolt cleat system, such as Shimano SPD SL, Look Keo/Blade, Time Atac etc...
