The SQlab 511 Pedals are ergonomic MTB clipless pedals designed to improve comfort, alignment, and power transfer through four axle length options that match foot size and stance. The extended axle design supports a more natural foot position, helping reduce uneven load while maintaining a secure and efficient connection to the bike. Built for marathon and cross-country riding, they combine precise engagement with durable materials for consistent performance.Key Features and Benefits:Four axle length options (-5, 0, +8, +15 mm): The pedal is offered in four axle lengths to match shoe size and individual foot position. This allows the stance width to be set correctly, which reduces side load on the knee and ankle and leads to more stable, efficient pedalling over long rides.Extended axle for natural foot alignment: The longer axle places the foot in a more physiologically correct position compared to standard clipless pedals. This improves power transfer through the leg and helps reduce one-sided strain, supporting joint comfort during repeated efforts.SPD-compatible click system: The pedal works with standard SPD cleats from brands such as Shimano. This ensures easy setup, reliable engagement, and consistent release, resulting in confident control without the need for proprietary parts.Adjustable release tension: The release hardness can be fine-tuned to rider preference. This allows secure retention when pedalling hard while still enabling controlled and predictable release when needed.15° float for controlled movement: A defined freedom of movement supports the natural rotation of the foot during the pedal stroke. This helps reduce joint stress while maintaining a stable connection between shoe and pedal.Aluminium body with CrMo axle: The aluminium pedal body and CrMo axle provide strength at a controlled weight. This ensures durability for off-road use while keeping the pedal responsive and reliable under load.Correct foot alignment and stable power transfer are central to consistent performance in marathon and cross-country riding. The combination of adjustable axle length, controlled float, and a proven SPD interface supports efficient pedalling while reducing unwanted stress on joints. This makes the pedal well suited to riders who value long-term comfort alongside precise control.Choose the SQlab 511 Pedals to refine fit at the pedal interface and support efficient, controlled riding on every mile, from training loops to race day efforts.Specifications:Area Of Use: Marathon & Cross CountryWeight In G (Pair): approx. 310 / 322 / 341 / 367Axle Length In mm: -5 / 0 / +8 / +15Distance Crank To Pedal Centre In Mm: 47.9 / 54.9 / 61.9 / 68.9Pedal Surface In mm: 65 x 80Material Pedal Body: AluminiumMaterial Pedal Axle: CrMoClick System: SPDFreedom Of Movement: +/- 15 degreesE-Bike Ready: Yes, when not wider than the original pedalDin/Astm Categories: 4Sizes:S - SHORT -5mmM - STANDARD +/- 0mmL - LONG +8mmXL - XLONG +15mm
