M Part Essential Resin Youth Pedals are durable, lightweight flat pedals designed to give young riders a stable and reliable platform across BMX, MTB, and everyday riding.Built around a one-piece resin body, these pedals keep weight low while standing up to regular knocks and scrapes. The compact platform suits smaller feet, helping younger riders stay planted and in control. A steel axle adds strength where it matters most, while loose bearings keep the pedals turning smoothly with minimal resistance.Key Features and Benefits:One-piece resin body construction: The pedal body is moulded as a single resin unit, which removes weak joints and reduces overall weight. This creates a tough yet lightweight pedal that is easier for young riders to turn and control, helping them ride with less effort and more consistency.Youth-specific platform size (84 x 74 x 24mm): The smaller pedal body matches youth footwear more closely, improving foot contact across the surface. This increases stability underfoot and helps reduce foot slip, resulting in better balance and confidence while riding.Steel axle with 9/16 thread: A full-size steel axle provides dependable strength and compatibility with standard youth cranksets. This ensures secure fitting and long-term reliability, even with frequent starts, stops, and pedal strikes.Loose bearing system: Traditional loose bearings reduce internal friction and are simple to maintain. This allows the pedals to spin freely and consistently, supporting smooth pedalling and predictable performance over time.Reliable support underfoot is key for younger riders as they build skills and control. The combination of a lightweight resin body, compact platform, and strong steel axle delivers steady footing without adding unnecessary bulk. Smooth rotation from the loose bearings helps maintain a natural pedalling feel, even on longer rides or varied terrain.A practical choice for youth bikes that need dependable, low-weight pedals, the M Part Essential Resin Youth Pedals offer a straightforward upgrade that supports confident riding from day one.
