Halo DJD Supadrive and Bushdrive Sprockets are heat treated steel replacements designed specifically for DJD Supadrive and DJD Bushdrive hubs used on Chaos Dirt Jump Wheels. They provide precise fitment, proven strength and a wide range of tooth sizes to fine tune gearing. Built at 1/8" thickness with a 23 x 1mm thread, they deliver secure engagement and reliable power transfer.Key Features and Benefits:Heat treated steel construction: The sprocket is manufactured from heat treated steel to increase surface hardness and resist tooth wear under repeated load. This reduces rounding and deformation over time. The result is consistent chain engagement and longer service life, even under high torque dirt jump riding.Designed for DJD Supadrive and Bushdrive hubs: The sprockets are engineered to match the specific driver interface of DJD Supadrive and DJD Bushdrive hubs. This ensures accurate thread engagement and correct chain line. The outcome is secure fitment with minimal play, helping maintain smooth and efficient power transfer.1/8" thickness for single speed chains: The 1/8" profile is optimised for standard single speed chains, providing full chain contact across the sprocket teeth. This improves load distribution and reduces the risk of chain skip. The outcome is dependable drive engagement during hard pedalling and landings.Available in 9, 10, 11, 13, 14 and 16 tooth sizes: Multiple tooth options allow precise gearing adjustment to suit rider strength, ramp size and riding style. Fine tuning the tooth count alters acceleration response and cadence control. The result is a drivetrain setup that matches your riding demands without compromise.Strong engagement and accurate gearing are critical for dirt jump performance. The heat treated steel body resists wear from repeated torque spikes, while the precise 23 x 1mm thread keeps the sprocket firmly seated on compatible hubs. With clear sizing options, you can adjust acceleration and drive feel to suit your setup without changing other components. Please note these sprockets are not compatible with Sealed Bearing Driver Hubs.Choose the correct tooth size for your build and keep your DJD hub running at its best with a sprocket built for strength, fit and control. Please Note: Not compatible with Sealed Bearing Driver Hub
