The Exposure Lights Revo 5 Front Light is a high-output dynamo bike light built for long rides, daily commuting, racing, and off-grid touring. It combines continuous dynamo charging with a pre-chargeable internal battery, giving you full brightness from the first pedal stroke and unlimited runtime while riding. The 2000-lumen output, focused 12-degree beam, USB-C charging function, and IP68 waterproof rating make it a reliable lighting system for demanding conditions. Dual operating modes adapt the light to different riding styles, while the CNC-machined aluminium body and UK-made construction deliver long-term durability and serviceability.Key Features and Benefits:Continuous dynamo charging with integrated 1600mAh internal battery: The Revo 5 uses two power sources that work together to maintain consistent lighting. While riding, the dynamo powers the light and charges connected devices. When you stop, the internal battery takes over automatically. This keeps the light running without interruption and removes the need to manage runtime during long rides or multi-day trips.2000-lumen maximum output: The high-powered LED system produces a strong and clear beam for fast riding on dark roads, gravel tracks, and trails. The increased brightness improves visibility at higher speeds and helps you identify surface changes, corners, and obstacles earlier. This gives you more reaction time and greater control in low-light conditions.12-degree collimated spot beam: The focused beam pattern directs light further down the road or trail instead of spreading it too wide. This improves long-range visibility while reducing wasted light and glare for other road users. The result is a cleaner and more efficient beam that performs well on both tarmac and technical terrain.USB-C power-out charging: The integrated USB-C output allows the Revo 5 to charge GPS units, phones, and other compatible devices while you ride. As long as the dynamo is generating power, connected electronics continue charging. This supports longer rides and bikepacking trips where access to mains power is limited. Two operating programs with six configurations: Battery Priority mode maximises runtime by protecting battery reserves, while Light Priority mode keeps brightness levels high for visibility-focused riding. Combined with three output levels, this creates six lighting setups. This allows the light to match different terrain, riding speeds, and ride durations without needing separate systems.Rear LED battery status indicator: A simple traffic-light display system gives instant battery information through green, amber, and red LED indicators. The system works without an app or external display and can be checked even when the main light is switched off. This gives clear battery feedback before starting a ride or entering darker conditions.90-minute USB-C battery charging: The internal battery recharges quickly through USB-C, reducing downtime between rides. Fast charging support makes the light easier to manage for regular commuting, overnight stops, or repeated daily use. This keeps the system ready with minimal waiting time.IP68 waterproof and IK09 impact ratings: The Revo 5 is tested against water ingress, impacts, mud, rain, and repeated drops. IP68 certification confirms protection against full water submersion, while IK09 testing measures resistance to heavy impacts. This ensures reliable performance in poor weather and rough riding environments.CNC-machined 6063 marine-grade aluminium body: The housing uses precision-machined aluminium for improved heat control, structural strength, and reduced weight. The robust construction protects internal components from vibration and impacts while maintaining stable performance during extended use. This supports long-term reliability across demanding riding conditions.3-year warranty with 10-year serviceability support: Exposure Lights continues to service and repair products long after the warranty period ends. This extends the usable lifespan of the light and reduces the need for replacement. Riders benefit from a more durable long-term lighting system with ongoing manufacturer support.Reliable lighting matters most when rides extend beyond planned distances, weather conditions change, or charging options become limited. The Revo 5 addresses this with continuous dynamo-powered operation backed by an internal battery reserve. The focused beam pattern improves visibility without excessive glare, while USB-C charging support keeps essential electronics powered during long rides. Its waterproof and impact-tested construction also makes it suitable for year-round use across road, gravel, commuting, and bikepacking setups. The Revo 5 combines high output, unlimited runtime while riding, and practical charging features in one compact system. With durable UK-made construction and long-term service support, it is built for riders who need dependable lighting in all conditions.
