The DMR Sect Crankset is a strong and reliable two-piece MTB crankset built for trail, enduro, dirt jump, and all-mountain riding. Forged 6061-T6 aluminium crank arms and a hollow heat-treated chromoly spindle give it the strength needed for hard riding without excess weight. The 675g build keeps your bike responsive, while the SRAM Direct Mount 3-Bolt interface makes chainring changes quick and simple. With Boost and Standard chain line compatibility included, the Sect crankset fits a wide range of modern bike set-ups with minimal fuss.Key Features and Benefits:Two-piece crank construction with forged alloy arms and hollow chromoly spindle: The two-piece design improves stiffness and strength by securely joining the crank arms and axle into a durable system. This reduces flex under heavy pedalling loads and keeps power transfer direct on climbs, sprint sections, and rough terrain. The result is a crankset that feels solid under pressure while staying light enough for long rides.6061-T6 forged aluminium crank arms: The forged aluminium arms are built to handle repeated impacts, hard landings, and demanding trail use without adding unnecessary bulk. The 6061-T6 alloy balances strength with low weight, helping maintain durability over time. This gives riders dependable crank performance across aggressive riding conditions and regular use.Heat-treated 4130 chromoly 24mm spindle: The oversized 24mm spindle increases strength and stability while keeping weight under control through its hollow design. Heat-treated 4130 chromoly construction improves resistance to twisting and heavy impacts. This creates a more stable pedalling platform and supports smoother power delivery on technical trails and rough terrain.SRAM Direct Mount 3-Bolt chainring interface: The direct mount system allows fast chainring installation and removal without complicated fitting steps. It also gives access to a wide range of compatible chainrings for different riding styles and gearing needs. This makes future upgrades, replacements, and maintenance quicker and easier to manage.Adjustable chain line set-up with included spacers and bolts: The supplied hardware supports both Boost 52mm and Standard 49mm chain lines, making the crankset compatible with most modern MTB frames. This flexibility simplifies installation across different bike builds and helps achieve better drivetrain alignment. Improved chain alignment supports smoother shifting and reduced drivetrain wear.Shot-peened anodised finish with laser-etched graphics: The shot-peened surface helps improve durability by resisting marks and wear from regular riding and cleaning. Anodised black and silver finish options add extra protection against corrosion and daily use. This keeps the crankset looking cleaner for longer while maintaining a tough, low-maintenance finish.A reliable crankset needs to stay stiff, strong, and easy to maintain through constant trail use. The DMR Sect Crankset focuses on those essentials with a proven alloy and chromoly construction that handles hard riding without excessive weight. The adjustable chain line options, SRAM Direct Mount compatibility, and standard 24mm spindle size also make it easier to fit into existing bike builds. With 165mm and 170mm crank arm lengths available, riders can choose a set-up that matches their riding style and frame clearance needs. The DMR Sect Crankset delivers dependable trail strength, simple installation, and broad compatibility in a lightweight package. Its no-fuss design makes it a strong choice for riders who want long-term durability and consistent performance across demanding terrain.Specification:Two-piece crank set for dirt jump, trail riding, all mtn, and moreTough 6061-T6 aluminium forged crank armsStrong tubular Cro-Mo 24mm axleSRAM Direct Mount 3-Bolt chainring compatible (Chainring NOT included)Adjustable chain-line spacer and bolts included for Boost 52mm or Standard 49mmSimple installation165mm or 170mm crank arm sizes.175mm Q-Factor.Lightweight - 675g (arms, axle and hardware).Compatible with DMR Axe 2x Spider 4 Bolt/104 BCD.
