The Shimano BR-M6200 Deore 2 Pot Disc Brake Kit is a fully bled hydraulic brake kit for controlled MTB braking and simple setup. It is available for front or rear use, with a 1000mm front hose or 1700mm rear hose. The adaptable post-style calliper, reach adjust lever, and wide rotor choice help you fit the brake to your bike with less workshop time.Key Features and Benefits:Fully bled hydraulic brake system: The lever, hose, and calliper come pre-bled, so the brake is ready for a faster fit. This helps reduce setup time and gives a firm lever feel from the first ride.Front or rear hose length options: The kit is available with a 1000mm hose for front use or a 1700mm hose for rear use. This helps you choose the right option for your brake route, so the hose can be fitted with less waste.Opposed 2-piston caliper design: The pistons push the pads onto the rotor from both sides. This helps reduce uneven force on the rotor, improves pad wear, and gives more stable braking control.Centre Lock and 6-bolt rotor support: The brake can be used with Center Lock rotors on compatible hubs or with standard 6-bolt rotors. Rotor sizes of 160mm, 180mm, and 203mm give you scope to match braking power to your bike and riding needs.Rigid two-piece caliper with shim-less mounting: The two-piece caliper body adds strength and helps keep the brake stable under load. The shim-less mount helps speed up fitting and makes caliper alignment more direct.Ergonomic alloy lever with reach adjustment: The alloy lever has a comfortable shape and a hinged clamp for easier bar fitting. Reach adjustment lets you set the lever position to suit your hand size, which gives better comfort and control. This brake kit gives you dependable power with a clean, practical setup. The resin pads support quiet and smooth braking, while the calliper can also be used with sintered and Ice Tech pads. Low-viscosity mineral oil helps keep brake feel stable across a wide temperature range, so performance stays consistent on long rides and hard stops.Choose the Shimano BR-M6200 Deore 2 Pot Disc Brake Kit for a simple hydraulic brake upgrade with flexible fit options, strong control, and easy setup.
