Proven performance Bicarbonate is one of the most extensively researched sports supplements available, with over 149 studies demonstrating improvements of up to 3% in high-intensity performance and up to 10% in time to exhaustion. Comparable to the gains offered by carbon shoes or aerodynamic wheels, it provides exceptional value at a fraction of the cost. Our innovative coating technology has been developed to reduce gastrointestinal discomfort, while the smooth texture and great taste make it easier than ever to include bicarbonate in your race and training nutrition. Convenient gains Unlike fixed-dose alternatives, the bulk format gives you complete control over your serving size, helping reduce waste while making bicarbonate supplementation more affordable for regular use. That means you don't have to save it exclusively for race day. You can also benefit during demanding training sessions where performance gains matter most. OTE Bicarb Drink Mix is best suited to athletes who spend sustained periods at or above their lactate threshold, where acid build-up can limit performance. If your sport demands repeated or prolonged high-intensity efforts, this scientifically backed bicarbonate drink mix offers a convenient, effective way to help you perform at your best.
