Starting your subscription couldn't be simpler. Just head over to your favourite Grenade products you'd like to subscribe to and click the Subscribe & Save 10% option. Then just checkout as normal!
By default your subscription will be delivered to you every 30 days. But you can change, pause, or advance this in the Manage Subscriptions section of your Grenade account.
We operate a 3 order minimum subscription term. So once you have received 3 subscription orders you are free to cancel your subscription at any time. However, you can pause your subscription at any time and re-activate at a later date.
By subscribing to Grenade’s subscribe and save programme, you agree to receive recurring shipments of our products at a discounted rate. You may choose the frequency of your deliveries (this is defaulted to every 30 days) and the products you wish to receive in each shipment.
Automatic Payment: By subscribing, you authorise Grenade to charge your payment method automatically for each recurring shipment. Please note that changes may take up to 24 hours to process.
Discounted Rate: The discounted rate for your subscription will be the current subscription rate at the time of your purchase. This rate is subject to change at any time and without notice.
Minimum Term: Your subscription will have a minimum term of 3 orders. After you have received your third order, you may cancel your subscription at any time.
Shipping: Grenade will ship your subscription products to the address you provide during checkout. Shipping fees will be calculated at the time of purchase and will be charged to your payment method along with the cost of the products.
Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time after receiving your third order by logging into your account or by contacting us directly. Please note that cancellations made before your third order has been shipped will not be processed.
