For added peace of mind on rocky and root-filled trails, this tyre is equipped with MAXXIS EXO Protection, a highly cut- and abrasion-resistant material added to the sidewalls that defends against trail-side hazards without compromising tyre performance. The Tubeless design allows for running lower tyre pressures, which dramatically increases grip and ride comfort while reducing the risk of pinch flats. Furthermore, this tyre is certified for E-bikes, rated E25 for use on pedal-assist electric mountain bikes up to 25 km/h, ensuring it can handle the increased weight and torque with reliability.
