Cervelo Aspero 5 Red AXS 1X Gravel Bike The 2027 Cervelo Aspero 5 SRAM Red AXS 1x gravel bike is engineered for cyclists who refuse to choose between raw aerodynamic speed and rugged off-road capability. Built around a featherlight, ultra-stiff carbon frame, this machine reimagines what a gravel bike can do by borrowing design cues from world-class racing platforms and adapting them for the dirt. It effortlessly cuts through the wind while maintaining a geometry that feels stable at high speeds yet incredibly nimble when navigating tight, loose singletrack. Complete with smart, integrated in-frame storage and premium accessories like Arundel Mandible carbon bottle cages, the Aspero 5 is a race-ready powerhouse designed to dominate everything from local criteriums to gruelling multi-day gravel epics. Pure Racing Performance and Revolutionary Drivetrain Integration At the heart of this high-performance build is the groundbreaking fusion of road speed and mountain bike utility. The bike features the elite SRAM Red AXS E1 shifters paired with a rugged SRAM XX SL Eagle T-Type transmission, giving you a massive ten-to-fifty-two tooth gear range to conquer the steepest backcountry climbs without sacrificing top-end road speed. This flawless electronic shifting setup is anchored by a SRAM Red 1 AXS crankset featuring an integrated power meter, allowing you to track your efforts precisely. Power transfer is maximized by a premium ceramic bottom bracket, ensuring that every watt you produce drives you forward, while SRAM Paceline X hydraulic disc brakes provide reassuring, pinpoint modulation in any weather conditions. Aerodynamic Advantage and Ultimate Mixed-Terrain Control Rolling on the next generation of mixed-profile carbon wheels, the Aspero 5 comes equipped with a Reserve forty-eight front and fifty-three rear wheelset, laced to legendary DT Swiss two-forty hubs. This staggered setup delivers maximum aerodynamic efficiency and crosswind stability, wrapped in supple, fast-rolling Vittoria Corsa Pro Control forty-two-millimetre tyres that maximize traction without dragging. The cockpit features a fully integrated carbon handlebar and stem system that conceals all cables for a clean look and reduced drag. Finished with the high-performance Fizik Vento Argo X1 saddle for long-distance comfort, this bike offers a meticulously tailored fit across all frame sizes, making it the ultimate investment for the rider who demands uncompromising velocity on every surface.
